seat toledo 1.8t going lean 16+

hi guy i have an issue with my ca its a seat toledo 1.8t 20v 2003
i have interccoler forge tip and forge silicone for bends

the issue is that it goes lean when i go into boost aprox 3000 rpm and up spikes up to 16
and stays there till i let go of the gas

i changed gas her ein mexico its ither greed with is 87 and red is 98 octane ans it does same issue changed frp 3bar also the fuel filter and air filter

what i noticed is that the specified and actual lambda do not match at al the specified stays put on one number the file is attached
