MK7 GTI SE power loss/boost issue

My current mods are:
-IE Downpipe,
-IE stage 2 ECU Tune and TCU tune
-AWE Track catback
-ECS Intake hose
-K&N High flow air filter

I went stage 2 crackle tune a couple months back, and after about 3 weeks i noticed that the crackles had become inconsistent and very muffled, if they even happened at all, and I'm guessing it happened around the same time but a few weeks back I noticed that my car's boost gauge (yes i know it's not the most reliable, but it's all i have to go with right now) peaked at around 39 psi (~25 psi actual) at first, but now it peaks at around 24-26 psi (10-12 psi actual?) and it's a noticeable loss of power overall. I have been back and forth with the guys from IE and the logs I sent looked normal in terms of the crackles. And when i had them look at the boost/power they noticed that there was a significant loss as well on the logs. I initially tried going with new spark plugs, that didn't make much of a difference. Last week I tried putting in a new diverter valve and that seemed like it helped the car run a little smoother but didn't do anything in terms of power. Late last week i got my first CEL during this whole thing and it was after i started getting rough shifts and my car stalling a couple times, and it was for the MAP sensor. I replaced that earlier today and drove around for a bit and the sensor seems to have fixed the shifting/stalling issues but now I'm back to square 1 with the power loss and boost loss. I already checked for leaks and found none, and I had a shop check the wastegate and they said that that seemed fine as well; they aren't a specialist shop so I want to have it looked over fully by a specialist.

But i was wondering if anyone else had the same or similar issues, or if anyone more knowledgeable than me has any ideas as to what could be causing this?
Thank you in advance!

was this ever resolved? I’m having similar problems. Top boost 10-12psi. Happened after driving during hard rain
