Hint: It won't. 790 miles in.
Rear quarters are some of the largest pieces of bodywork on a car.... also most expensive. I'd venture it could just be repainted and look good enough. Either way, not worth fixing. Just leave it, it'll happen again and then you'll be pissed you paid to have it fixed.
As for it not buffing out, a lot of that SHOULD buff out, though the dents and spots where it's clearly scraped through the paint obviously won't.

The crappy part is I should have never been there. I picked up some Peruvian (lomo saltado) take-out and asked for no onions. Came home, discovered they gave me extra-extra-extra onions (seriously: no fries, just extra onions). Drove back, exchanged it. Damage happened on the way back. The even more crappy part is that I knew something was wrong as soon as I picked it up. I put it in the car and could smell something off as I drove home. Had I pulled over and checked, this wouldn't have happened.
What lomo saltado looks like from the place I got it:
Imagine all the fries replaced by onions. And then some.

That sucks. I've had some near misses when parked next to an island/wall/bollard. I get so used to being just parked next to another car, and sometimes these obstacles are so low you can see them easily, and you forget they're there.
It happens to everyone. It's what insurance is supposed to be for.
Did something similar to my GTI (same panel, in fact) pulling out of my own garage on Christmas Eve Luckily, there was no dent and the scratches 100% buffed out. My advice would be to take a buffer to it and PDR the rest. It'll probably get you 95% of the way there.
