Ferrari clearly still working out kinks and/or holding back.

All testing times need to be taken with a grain of salt. Look at last year. Ferrari was dominating and what did it mean? Nothing.

Every team completed 100+ laps. That's pretty impressive

While I agree with this, you have to assume, no one is pushing 100%, even Williams. So to me, that is a good sign for them

So, last year's Mercedes (RP) is almost as fast as the 2020 Mercedes.

Ferrari has always been excellent at winning the "Winter Grand Prix". In the old days they ran light and did other minor shenanigans to make sure they were at the top of the charts.

Happy to see Ricciardo in front of Ocon... hopefully it's a trend that continues through testing as well as the rest of the season.

Will have to wait towards the end of the week as track conditions evolve to really see where the teams stack up against each other...

Happy that F1 is back and looking forward to the rest of the testing session as well as lights out in Australia. Really enjoyed the commentary here last year throughout the season.

IG is absolutely jumping with fresh F1 content this morning...

I wouldn't bet on it. ocon pre -f1 career has shown he is just as fast as Ver and Lec. There is a reason he beat Lec, Rus and Nor to compete in f1.

Wednesday’s running saw the 15 drivers in action cover more than 1,200 laps without a single red flag with just over three seconds separating the field.

I am assuming Gross Jeans was not apart of the 15?

I believe today was all Mag, tomorrow Grosjean will be in the car. I had a layout of all the teams/drivers and their driving days but I can't find it now...

And speaking of the red team, we all know they got the 2019 car wrong in term of aero design and it cost them any chance of being competitive last season. What they did in pre-season testing a year ago was fantastic, if you only race on one kind of no downforce track. Sadly for them, they didn't.

And now, guess what?! If you google search "2020 ferrari f1 aero design" there are 7-8 articles on this same topic saying the 2020 car again has serious aero flaws and insider journalists say Ferrari engineers are disappointed in the wind tunnel results just a month before the lights go out in Melbourne. Same s___, different year.

I am always confused with those tyre names. C4 is fastest right?
So we have to see that Williams set a 1.1 sec slower time in a C4 than a Mercedes in a C2. Still better than last year but...
Anyway, I m happy winter break is over. Let's see who has more sandbags during testing

I think Ocon is way overrated. With poor race craft and against a better qualifier in Ricciardo, Ocon will be seriously challenged. I predict that Ricciardo will own him.
