But no one told me, so I missed it. Didn't even realize it until I started seeing pics in my IG feed later in the day .

Fortunately TCLer (former TCLer?) SVT2888 was there to document it. Unfortunately, he failed to inform me that it was happening .

      Link: https://www.cncpics.com/2019/October...Coffee-Irvine/

Looks like The Best Ever™ Cars and Coffee lived up to its reputation for this one-off occasion which, again, I missed (I'm not upset or anything... Really...). These highlights (just some of the awesomeness at the above link) show why it was the best Cars and Coffee ever.

      I can't believe I missed this.

I've never been to a C&C where every car that showed up was a rendering.

It was one of the best because it wasnt that well known and the mustang, vette and m3 owners didnt clog up the lot with their "special" cars

Oh man. That would have been worth driving down from NorCal for. Jesus.

I saw that rally Ferrari in Monterey during car week. God I loved it.

Tell me about it. I saw a post of the Mazda 787B on Jeff Zwart's IG and the backdrop was definitely the Irvine location, and so though it was a #TBT only to realize it was Sunday. As the realization that an epic CnC had taken place in Irvine and I had missed it set in, so did my anger. Then I had a Snickers bar and all was good. But I sure would have loved to have been there.

I respectfully disagree. It was probably the most well-known C&C event nationwide (and was definitely the first).

I'm getting more and more angry as I go through the gallery. No amount of Snickers is helping.

I think he meant this specific event was the best ever because the word wasn't out and the folks like the G35 dude with bazooka exhausts and the like didn't show up. The more I tihnk about it, had they announced it, the turnout would have been HUGE and caused problems. But I feel like it now ended with a bad taste in my mouth versus how it had previously ended. Oh well, at least those who went got to enjoy it one last time.

Ah, he meant the specific day, not the thing in general. Makes sense.

They kept it super secret because they didn't want the caos that was what was previously the last C&C Irvine. If anyone remembers that wasnt even supposed to be the last event, but it ended up being because it got so out of control. They didn't want all the YT stars and social media personalities to show up trying to cause a scene for clicks.
This was one of the most low key C&C Irvine events I ever attended, despite the obvious quality. It was so calm, it was very peaceful and serene. The rain just added to the aura of the event. It was poetically perfect that it rained, perfect way for C&C to end. Hardly anyone or any cars left when it started pouring, everyone just ran for covered then Ford brought out umbrellas for everyone and the event resumed. I too was surprised at who didnt know that this event was happening, but in the end you can't please everyone. John and Linda Clinard did a lot for the community with this event, and I thank them.

I forget the model name, but it's made by Aria, which is based in Irvine and builds many of the prototype concept cars for the various OEM design studios around SoCal. They also do the initial body work and paint for some restomods.

Lots of classy cars. I really want to own a genuine concept car one day. This event looks highly curated based on the quality of cars and the parking arrangements.

That 80th Anniversary Coach Door Edition Lincoln Continental is nice.

Our C&C has ballooned to such a monstrosity that has catered to almost every person who feels entitled to display their car at the free show that it now has to be hosted in a casino parking lot an hour north of town. Someone last week asked where the Hyundai show section was last week on the FB page for our C&C.
