Here's the smaller Afla CUV- the Tonale. There is also a larger 3 row CUV called the Castello coming.

Came in thinking the same, but leaving very satisfied.

That front looks much better than what's currently on the Giulia and Stelvio. If this makes it onto those models, it'd be a tick in their favor...

I don't love the Honda HRV, Toyota CHR, Hyundai Veloster rear door design. The handle is up in the c pillar from what it looks like.

This. Looks terrible. They needed to use a hidden/flush mount for the front handle.

I hope it hits the market soon and they sell a ton.

That front end would look great on a sedan.

I wish they'd do the front handle just the same.

Putting them sided by side here, I believe I still prefer the Giulia but I do prefer the headlights on the Tonale.

Never had a doubt about the exterior and driving characteristics. Let's just hope the interior isn't any cheaper than the Stelvio and Giulia's.

By the way, very interesting this was taken at a clinic. Usually they're pretty damn good at preventing leaks at those events.

They will have to cut costs somewhere. FCA smartly blew its interior load on the RAMs.

To be fair, that's been an Alpha thing for like 20 years now.

Also, this is how BMW should be integrating its grilles. I like the smaller horizontal grille bars that connect the shield to the headlights.

That looks pretty good. I like the hidden rear door handles and the fact that the front collision/cruise sensor is better integrated than in the current Alfas.

      Not a Greek letter.

As for the toenail: Meh. I hope they sell a lot of them so they can spend more time on interesting cars.

It's not a bad interior imo. I like the full TFT display cockpit. The hvac buttons look like they're from a CT4/CT5/C8, and the shifter looks like it's from a mazda 3. Interesting.

This will fly if it is priced under $32k MSRP with $280 monthly lease. It has to be cheaper than the Stelvio which can be leased for $350.
And 2018 Stelvios are discounted to $30-34k and no one is buying. Maybe there is hope. a 2020 Tonale clearance inventory in 2021 can go for $27k.

This is based off the Renegade/500 X right? Judging by all the praise of Firefly, this should be a fun little crossover. Or will it get the standard Giulia engine?

really? No offense to Fiat and Jeep but how can ChryslerFiat make something so ugly yet this (the Alfa) is so pretty.

A 280HP Renegade will be a rocket for the money, but that will put too much pressure on the Stelvio. I'm pretty sure the Renegade/500X are similarly roomy inside which will make for some showroom confusion.

I didn't think about it that way, you're probably right. That would absolutely smoke a Stelvio. The price point probably wouldn't allow for it, either.

Although when you think about it, the Q3/GLA/X2/XC40 can all be had with around 220-250 hp, so it would have about the same horsepower gap with them as the Giulia/Stelvio have with their competitors.
