This place is a community as much as any other place, and you're a part of this community. We all are, and what is more important than anything car related is the health of our members and their families. If there's a chance for any of us to come together for a common good, this is it.

Well said. Sometimes I use the community to go on rallies, and sometimes we rally the community.

DWA! guys gave Brad a nice shout out at the start of their Thursday podcast. I enjoyed hearing that.

You're part of the reason I got heavily into VW's with that damned Oettinger Jetta you sold to Ryan... which had parts that eventually migrated to my MkIV. So I blame you and thank you at the same time.

Cancer sucks. You've got our support over here back in suburban MD.

Come on lets keep this going.

If 3,000 of the viewers that checked in on this thread donated $10 just imagine what that would do to help.

Indeed. The problem with it being a "sticky" is that it's static and doesn't draw attention after a certain point. Perhaps it should be a sticky intermittently?

Keep it so that it always says that the last activity is "today".

I think it should be allowed to float through the first page. It gets more traction that way. If it falls to the 3rd page we just need to get it posted in to gain traction again.

Stickies often get ignored. It took me a month to even see it.

Yes I think other than maybe the first week a sticky is worse than a floating thread. Maybe the mods can unsticky?

I hate seeing these go-fund me pop up for kids with cancer. It's so heart breaking that America's healthcare system has been left to Go Fund Me pages, especially for children with cancer.
