My coworker's 488 is Verde Abetone. Killer color.
I think you'll either need to go with something metallic or that matte color on the R8.
There's a matte brown GLE here in town, and while the vehicle is heinous looking, the color is super cool.

1. I hate matte colors on luxury cars. They look flat and way too trendy.
2. The angles of the RS6 really requires a sparkly metallic paint job. I really like the green that was posted on the Ferrari above. I would caution you against non-metallic and subtle shades of green. This is an RS mother-f***ing 6. It's not a wierd half-year model of the A4. Get it in a color that is befitting of the car.
3. I hate that you posted that Rennbow link. A lot. (productivity...gone)

I would never ever buy a matte paint finish no matter what. Way too delicate to take care of. If you really love a matte finish then buy your car in a resale worthy shade of silver or gray and then wrap it with vinyl to achieve the trendy look that is already passé in my opinion.
Can you see which colors are being ordered to be sure you're getting something totally unique?
I saw this thread again this morning and had the thought that this isn't an E-class wagon (which looks good in brown/earthtones). If there are no others coming in Nogaro Blue, or if it's not a standard color, I feel like it should get some consideration.
Improving the signal-to-noise ratio
Since we've brought up non-greens...
I think the RS6 Avant would pull off a deep purple or ruby extremely well.
Back to greens, I agree with the others who say shy away from dull-ish colors. Shame that Sonoma is already taken by the RS5, as that has the perfect amount of pop!
Go with your instincts and get Goodwood! The car will look beautiful in any shade of green, but Goodwood is ab-so-lute-ly DIR.
edit: Oh, fwiw, I've seen that car ^ in person. It's stunning.
This is mildly OT and I know what I said before but just to prove how much I like matte colors, I do own these (stupid photobucket watermarks):
However as someone said earlier I doubt I could do it as a daily, it would be constant maintenance. Also after now owning a flat (non-metallic) color, even being light grey (nardo) I don't know if I could do it in a darker shade unless I wanted to polish it four times a year. Metallic just hides so many light swirl marks.
