So recently I decided I wanted to spice up my Jetta a bit with some new headlights so I purchased some new headlights that have led rings but after putting them in a driving around at night I noticed the led ring on the right side does not work and now my right tailight has stopped working. I was thinking that it was just the one headlight that was causing problems but the low and high beams work fine and my tailight just stopped working after installing the headlights so I feel like it's a fuse but I'm not sure. Can anyone help please?

      ^ ^ ^ ^ This.

There are, what, eleven fuses for exterior lighting? Check the fuse for 'right parking lights'.
