There is a video in the link I can't imbed. It's....special.

      https://www.barstoolsports.com/chica...XN_FkzrFwXbJrc

Over a hundred people were arrested after anarchy broke out at a Jeep enthusiasts event, with mass brawls, a burning vehicle and lewd behavior on a Texas beach.

Thousands have called for the ‘Go Topless Galveston’ event to be cancelled after police arrested 125 people from Thursday to Saturday on Crystal Beach.

Shocking footage shows half-naked men jumping out of 4x4s and pounding each other over the head during the day and into the evening, as the party-goers became increasingly aggressive.

Police rushed to shoreline to deal with car crashes, public intoxication, drink driving, vehicle burglary and other offenses, after the party spiraled out of control.
“Just saw your post about Jeep Weekend. I’m a reporter in in a neighboring town of Beaumont so we’ve covered it pretty well up to this point. They were expecting 15K and about 35K showed up. I don’t think they’ll have it again next year but 100p someone needs to cover it for the stool. It’s anarchy. usually there is a lot of shoreline to use for rows of Jeeps but the tide was up so high there was only one row for everyone to use… and oe lane for jeeps to move. Saturday night was supposedly like the purge. Dude fell out of a jeep then his buddy went in reverse and ran over his head”

      "SHOCKING FOOTAGE"

I'm just so tired of that click bait term. Remember when the terrorists were cutting off the heads of journalists and filming it for the world to see? That was shocking. Typical self centered American pig behavior isn't "shocking". Our culture is so in the toilet it is sad. 30 years ago, obscene words and naked bodies were being discussed as "shocking". Thanks to the internet...nothing's shocking anymore...

I just rode in a coworker's lifted/big tired/cheesy wheel'd JKU -- I see a LOT of these modified in a similar fashion and I don't know how people can stand to drive ones like this on a daily basis. The parts and work were probably a little suspect on this one, and I'm sure it's better with high-quality parts and proper installation, but this one was rattly, loud and squirrely as hell driving around town at <45 MPH. I could feel it from the back seat -- it felt like it was kind of twisting around a center axis.
