Just heard of this on the news as it'S local to me.

Anyways, there's a few classic car dealerships in there.

On monday, some guy apparently faked interested in the car and they set up a test drive. Together with the salesman they went on the road and some time later stopped to change drivers. The thief used this chance and sped off with the GTO before the salesman could get back in the car.

Yesterday evening the car was found in a local rental garage, just 20kms away.

Who even is dumb enough to steal something as high profile as this? I mean, you can't use it yourself and I imagine with a car this high profile selling is out of the question, even if you were to transport it to some eastern block countries...
