      Hey , quick hello from me . . I’m mark . I’ve owned many VAG cars over the years . Currently trying to finish off my 1983 tin top Mk1 GTI conversion track car . I’ve put a 1999 a3 1.8t aug engine and gearbox in .. not hard at all but need a bit of help with deleting Pipe work etc also running original ecu .. so any help is massively appreciated.. thanks in advance

      2005 VW GTI 1.8t Engine Swap Problem with immobilizer - Just did an engine swap and I went to start car and nothing but security light - I then swapped out the ecu using the one from my new engine and still nothing - I read that there is communication between the ecu and dash cluster so I swapped that out as well and now it starts up and then shuts back off with the security light on dash - I was told there is a bcm or comfort controller under the steering wheel so I swapped that out and same thing start and then shuts off - Not sure what to do now was thinking maybe pay a locksmith to sync key but no one does it around my area...Is there anything I can do to bypass or swap out to get past this? Any help is much appreciated

      I am looking all over for Technical Service Bulletins, particularly Bulletin #01-17-05. Searching this site yields nothing (zero) every time. Searching with google leads to anywhere but. Please suggest! Thanks, Rich.

      Hello. As I will be spending more time here with passatworld's new forum format not really to my liking, I would like to log in and see all new threads/posts since my last visit. I can't seem to figure out how to do this, if possible. Any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks.

      I’ve been on audizine for years
      I am the driver of Trouble she’s a heavily modified stage ? Was three in 2005 when I first built her but that was many more upgrades ago
      Last dyno was 638hp @7,900rpm I want 8 before the 250 shot I use when I just don’t know what they really got
      I’ve had a couple 2.7’s that I stk of my own makings
      I just did my third Cummins 500+hp now I have to do a transmission 😶
      So since I can’t seem to ever keep my hands off what is just fine I picked up a casa 2998 a4 mt Quattro aeb engine body is actually decent just need a touch here and there , last 1.8 I’ve owned was my 1985 Jetta back in 92
      I’ve had so much sir cooled run through my life I wouldn’t know what to tell you on that part

      My eyes were opened to Audi because of the b series rally and my life was changed in late 1999 when I used to go street racing in Ontario California looking for street bikes that thought they had something
      I was in Gen my 1958 beatle stripped out 1,900# car with a 2332 t3t4 ballistic turbo and throttle body injection (she was quick light to light or 1000 ft was what they usually ran in the wear house district
      I lost second gear the first run of the night so I was sitting watching the rest of the night
      Near the end a kid in a silver a4 tip lol with a v6 he was in a nice suit couldn’t have been 21 yet and had just bought it a few hours ago said it was the first s- something they sold in the L.A. area and who was the fastest import tonight a couple guys spoke up about this dude in a s2000 almost brand new that had oodles of work done I think he became the Asian dude on fast and furious anyway they lined up as a fun run
      Light flashed and they took off almost the same moment looked the same to the eye . All you could hear was the Honda and the s2000 did win they said by a bumper
      For me that was it if they made one in a manual I was going to get it and touch it here and there
      To my surprise when I contacted a dealer the next day there was no possible way I could afford one of these new s4 a4’s at $60,000 fml
      Early 2005 I got Trouble and I’ve had many others too but Trouble is mine always
      I would still have Gen in the family but she was stolen in 2001 and never seen again
      Anyway that’s my short intro

      Hello I'm kabelo I have a 2002 audi a3 1.8t I wanna swap my AUM engine with a BFB audi a4 1.8t b6 engine so what do I need to change so I can fit in??
