My father is 81 years old and we (sister and I) finally convinced him it's time to get rid of some of his stuff.
He lived through the depression on a farm in mid Michigan with relatives while his parents got back on their feet, so he never throws anything out.
He thinks he can repurpose everything or will use it some day..... Pack Rat.

Below is a current photo of his first and only motorcycle that he has ever owned, it's a 1971 Honda CB350 with 8,000+ miles.
He parked it mid 70's after his Brother In Law was in a horrible accident on a Honda CB750.
He gave it to his Grandson to clean up and get running again, it had mostly surface rust but cleaned up pretty well. The gas tank was pretty gunked up, so that was the hardest to clean.
He's splitting the proceeds when my Nephew when he sells the bike.

Just came across this. Those are such cool bikes. My first bike was a 73 CL350, and there are days I still miss it.
