Lay off the Imodium and you wouldn't have that problem.

      Had to google.

Egg preserved in clay, ash, salt, quicklime, and rice hulls

      Sounds delicious.

      The best way?

      gas stove
      All Clad sauce pan
a little bacon grease from a couple strips of reheated bacon
      broken yoke
lots of pepper, a dash of salt

serve with a bloody mary and toast.

Unless you hate yourself and despise everybody else, go ahead and smear some avocado on that toast. It's okay. It's not like I'm asking you to buy some Toms shoes or something.

Here's how my mom makes 'em:

Sometimes with a little green onions and nori:

I don't know how she make it like that. I can't even fold a regular omelette without making a mess. That with some rice is usually a meal for me sometimes.

      And this...

And again, I don't know how mom does it

You can microwave eggs they are ok.

Add some cream/milk and whip them up so they aerate. Use couple of eggs for this, not one. Use a bowl like your microwaving popcorn.

The result is a kind of frankenstein-esk McDonald ish souffle that is kind of ok for guys. I would never serve it to guests but based on the quality of your post it'll be pretty good.

If you're trying to unimpresss a woman this is also good way. She will leave and you have eggs.

The multiple thin layers lends to a texture similar to puffed pastry. Yum.
