Ok im not too familiar with vr6 and then a swapped mk2 vr. Question is i bought this car with obd1 setup and now it has a obd2 motor. Everything seems to be working properly other than it needs a maf. It didnt come with the correct one. The plug for the maf on the car is a 6 pin and the maf i have is obd2 4 pin. I dont know which exact years i need to look for for the 6 pin. Otherwise ive heard of people converting to the 4 pin. However im not sure how to do that. Can someone point me I the right direction to pics or other info? Thank you in advance!

To convert to 4pin you need to be coilpack and use an ecu from a 94/95. If you are dizzy you are stuck.
Probably easier to find a 6pin maf.

6 pin maf is corrado or 93-94 Passat.

92-early 94 Corrado, and non US 93-94 mk3s. Passat and Corrado will likely be the easiest to find.
