I'm not usually into slot cars.. but I can appreciate nice detailed work when I see it. This must have taken a whole lot of time and energy to set up.

      WANT that w111.

That'd be reason alone to start liking slot cars.

Edit: didn't even notice the MG-B Ahh!

It's like the "cars of my past edition" slot car track!

      Impressive!

The first setup looks like it could be a bit tricky on the front straight.

And here I was hoping to find a spot big enough to put up some sawhorses and a piece of plywood for our Carrera set.

It's a lost art....it was really popular in the 70's and 80's but went away as hobby shops started closing and video game stores took their place. It's nice to see this kind of stuff pop up every once in a while.

So, so awesome! As a kid we had a Scalextric race car set. I would put 3 in 1 oil on the tracks so they could slide and do burn outs

Wow, they put POV cameras in the cars that transmit to external monitors/tablets!

The art may be lost in slot cars...but it's alive and well in the wargaming community. Now, most of those tables/set-ups may be more modular to suit gaming, but the "art" is not at all lost.
