Ive read alot about this issue seems like nobody has a fix for it. Ive added the slave spacer, I went to add the spacer to the input shaft but my input shaft wasnt worn enough to fit the spacer on the tranny.
Pedal stinks only when its at full throttle, then i would have to manually pull it up.

Any other things to look at? has anybody sourced the problem?

setup is 3.6 engine using an 16lb flywheel, R32 pressure plare, 6 puck disc.

      Thanks for any answers.

Did you happen to see if your input shaft had any play to it? check out my post in this thread i just made: https://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...1#post88022936

I thought my slave cylinder failed; but my clutch disk actually snapped into 2-pieces. Not sure if you have the same issue; just figured i would offer an update to my current 02M issues.

i checked my input shaft back in the winter. bought the shim but my tranny wasnt worn enough to fit the shim. A buddy of mine actually told me he had thd same issue in his turbo vr and it was the pressure plate. I will order an clutch masters soo

i added the 02m accumulator, problem still happens. Im in the process or changing my slave (throwout bearing went bad) and I will do the clutch master cylinder and master cylinder as well. Hope I find a problem with the either masters
