Anyone have some insight on these watches? Looking at a Nav B 44mm model.

On that specific model, no. I do love my Steinhart Ocean GMT. Running like a top the last 18 months.

I had one of the NavB variants and I liked the watch a lot. The only thing for me was that the crown dug into the back of my hand pretty badly. Mine had the diamond shaped crown though with a sharper edge. I simply could not wear it and had to sell it. Kills me, I loved the look of the watch and it ran great while I had it.

      FYI,

I ended up buying. 44mm Nav B pilot watch.
I've been wearing it every day since it arrived a week or so ago.
No issues with the crown digging into my wrist.

      Me too

Very accurate and comfortable. It's my go-to daily wearer.

I have the Racetimer chrono, which is the same watch beyond visual appearance. As long as you're fine with the quirks of the Valjoux 7750 movement (mainly the "wobble" but also its thickness) it's a great watch. Reviewers often say that Steinhart punches above its weight with regard to detail, qulity, and accuracy, and they're right.

Steinhart has also impressed me with their generosity:

      1) When I bought mine, you had a choice of a Ti bracelet or leather strap. If you picked the bracelet, you could request the strap be included, and they would do so free-of-charge

      2) A month outside of warranty, the stopwatch seconds hand wouldn't always reset to 12:00. Steinhart repaired it totally free-of-charge; they even paid for FedEx shpping to Germany and back

I love my Steinhart. Got an Ocean one on a black perlon strap.
