      Surprised she doesn't have a Escalade, or a CT6 V

Has to maintain the impression that she's one of her "them". At least until she is inevitably replaced, and takes her $30 million golden parachute.

It's a sunny day but with a cloud shading this particular area in the photo.

That place qualifies as a McMansion in DE?

After seeing more in-real-life shots of the C8, I think I'd go with a darker color (black, shadow gray, zeus bronze metallic) with a lighter natural tan or sky cool gray, possible red interior. I like the overall shape of the car, but dislike some of the contrasting details which would be hidden with a darker paint scheme.

Or you could get the contrasting details done in body color from the factory, which fixes a lot of that, too. And those stock wheels are horrid.

That looks like the disputed "no-man's land" between houses and driveways, where rainwater runs off into, and nobody really wants to mow.
It's incredibly lush, probably from all the aforementioned run-off.

They tend to be large houses on small lots that are designed to look as large and fancy as possible, while being constructed as cheaply as possible and usually have multiple doppelgangers within the same neighborhood.

My Sister's family just bought a palatial 20 room mansion in Delaware for less then a condo would have cost in the DC metro area.

My BIL isn't handy though, so I'm not sure he has thought out the maintenance it takes

Is it an older house that really was a mansion 100+ years ago?

      Wow that LT4 sounds amazing!

I might be late af with this comment, but seems like the GM LS/LT engines have a higher pitch rumble than the HEMIs. I say that because I hear it in Challengers all the time. We also have a RAM 1500 as a company truck and the HEMI has a much lower pitched rumble.

      Fixed.

In other news, seems like MotorTrend had a the car for a few days doing testing. Of course no reviews but a few articles and videos on their site.

Yeah. I believe it was built in the late 1800s. Luckily it was renovated to a pretty high standard, and everything brought up to code in the early 2000s.

Gonna be fun until he needs to put a new roof on it, and the lawn is so big that it is an all afternoon affair even on a riding mower
