Although I'd like to say a 1981 Submariner, it may be this....

There's some sentimental value here, but it's also a piece that goes well with a suit, or jeans and a tee.

I'm actually in the process of going full Rolex for my collection, selling everything else.

I am quite happy with my Tissot V8 in blue.
I got it as a souvenier when I visited Gibralter last year.

Also, Tissot sponsors Motorcycle racing, so why not support a supporter of racing?
"The Sebring is an extraordinary car. Ugly to behold and hateful to drive, it is not cheap, elegant, comfortable, practical, prestigious, clever, economical, luxurious, well designed, well thought out or, if the rental car I drove in America this year is anything to go by, especially well made either." - Jeremy Clarkson

Mike - I'm looking for a 1675 , lume and bezel patina a plus, unpolished case. Dealers seem to polish the **** out of the chamfers. Any suggestions?

Wow! Almost four years since I asked this question and I've added two new timepieces to my small collection that I would consider as the one watch forever spot.

Harder to choose just one now. A true first world problem!

While I love my Speedmaster Professional, I get concerned with it because of its Hesalite crystal is prone to scratching. If I had the 'sapphire sandwich' Speedmaster Pro, I'd wear it everywhere, but then it wouldn't be a 'Moon Watch'.

Timeless, iconic, and if it was good enough for Steve McQueen + James Bond, it's good enough for me.

Bingo - its on my list.

I just polish mine once every couple of months with "polywatch" and it looks brand new. For any major damage, the crystal can be replaced for cheap!

Love me some Polywatch. Use it maybe every six months to get the scratches out.

Rolex Sub 14060. No question. I don't own one since I can have unlimited watches now, but if I could only have one, absolutely.

Tough call... I daily wear my Breitling Super Avenger black dial with Roman numerals. Its a super tough watch and I've got the wrist to support it... I've always wanted a navitimer or a panerai pam 177.. I just had a kid so I unfortunately can't have a watch collection...
