My wife and I are opposites. And I don't take jack s**t except tylenol or ibuprofen. In her defense, she does have an immune disorder. I've been "sick" but I function normally. My wife is always wondering why I don't complain when I'm sick. Because complaining doesn't help anything. You're going to feel miserable, so feel miserable and do what needs to be done.

Saw a BMW i8 in DTLA today with Purple/Gold Kobe/Gigi Tribute wrap.

I would have posted a picture with my smartphone, but I don't have a smartphone.

      Oh, wait - there's Google!

Just got back from the Philly Auto show and dinner. It was pretty packed, and hard to see some cars.

Welp, work travel this week is canceled.

What I thought was a "rash" on my thigh related to this illness has now turned dark bruise colored and my whole leg is swelling. Yay back to the doctor's office tomorrow.

Fun day of driving in Maui. Did a out and back trip on the backroad to Hana. It is absolutely the best driving road in all of Hawaii and both the weather and traffic gods smiled on me. Got to drive as fast as I was comfortable going the entire way through the hundreds of switchbacks.

On the way back I wasn't feeling done, so I drove up above the clouds of Haleakala. Not exactly convertible weather up there as it went from 80 to 55 degrees as I ascended.

First time putting any real miles on one of the current generation mustangs. I rented one before but only drove it around town.

I have to say it handled a twisty road way better than any mustang that I have ever driven before. The pirelli all season tires make for a little more unintended oversteer then I would like, but it was catchable.

Now I am very sunburnt, but have a new appreciation for mustangs.

They had a whole row of GTs in the lot. Maybe I will take one of those when I fly back next week
