I noticed my sunroof has began to stick when opening. I cleaned the rubber seal around the opening, but was wondering if any one could share maintenance or lubrication points so I don't end up with a seized sunroof.

      Thank you.

I've had mine repaired 3 times. My motor is currently out. I've removed the fuse and wont repair it again.

      I used it every day.

      These broke several times.

So what happened? It got stuck (like mine) and you kept powering the switch and it eventually gave way and snapped/broke?

The things that snapped off prevented it from closing properly. I had to make sure they were positioned correctly before closing. The sticking while opening was the motor going out. I would eventually get it open but the very last time I did I had to manually close it. That's when I pulled the plug.

Sorry to hear. I don't use my sunroof all that often. Since cleaning the rubber seal I noticed it doesn't stick like it was. Maybe I solved my own problem.

It's sticking again. Does anyone have a lubrication point(s) for our dual panoramic sunroof? That would be most helpful.

      TIA.
