Sammyvr6 do you still runing on gm injectors?? Results? Im looking some ones for my stage 3 gti to upgrade with mi pte 5530 billet turbo!!!
i have a blown up hhr ss sitting in my garage currently, so i may steal the injectors off of it and take them to the fuel injection nerds i know...
anyone want to donate a TSI injector so they can compare all the stuff?
I did this for the NSX forum too when people thought the RDX injector was good. I never released the findings though because the NSX forum would ban me for saying the RDX injector had a bad spray pattern for the intake manifold shape of the NSX...

correct me if im wrong:
the missing "ring" at the base of the barrel on the injector, is that not the crush washer from an installation kit? and are you saying the color of the teflon sealing ring at the base of the injector (which lets face it, does NOT get changed as frequently as required in the service industry) will cause running issue? and as far as spray pattern and the risk of cylinder washdown, if both engines injector are mounted far from the exhaust valves (as opposed to in the "valley" akin to the n54 siemens units), what really is the risk here? will you provide insight? perhaps via an illustration comparing oem vs what is included in your kit?
