I just paid $3.66 a gallon for 5.4xx gallons ($20) of gas in my Ford Ranger .

This is just rediculous. Somethings needs to be done. I remember when I first got my license gas was $1.42. $12 bucks gave me a full tank.

Edit* Ya, I forgot to mention, I'm putting in regular unleaded gas.

I filled up on Friday down in Spring/Houston and mid-grade was $3.16/gal. Regular was just over $3/gal.
Gas is cheep in Texas, esp when you get out of bigger cities most of the time. We are ~.10-.20/gal cheaper out here in Huntsville.

South Jersey, just outside of Philly it's at about $3.25/gal for regular CASH, slap another $.10/gal on for Credit at most places.

Around $3.75 (plus or minus) here in Maryland for premium. Saw diesel going for over $4 in some places. It's times like this that I just sit at the pump and laugh at all the SUV/full size truck drivers who aren't even filling up their vehicles because it's too expensive. One of my buddies is already complaining that he's paying about as much in gas as his car note is (V8 Titan that he just bought). I just shook my head at him and called him a dumba$$ for buying it to begin with. What? You didn't see the writing on the wall huh? I'm still seeing people driving around with Ford F350 quad cab dualies with fresh dealer tags on them - I just don't get people in this country some times.............

      $3.35 a gallon for regular.

Meh. It's happened before and it'll happen again. Not that expensive in the grand scheme of things, considering how much people elsewhere in the world are paying and how much effort goes into extracting and refining.

Last Gas prices I saw were 3.85 Regular, 3.95 "whatever the middle one is called", 4.07 Premium, and 4.17 for Diesel. It's skyrocketed this year. At the last fillup I paid 7 dollars more than the last time for the same amount of gas.

I paid $3.74/gallon for premium the other day when filling up my car. I was so appalled that I went out and bought a new bicycle.

The Mercedes is going to be sitting a LOT this summer. Especially when my work is only 3 miles from home.
      oh herro.

I filled up the other day in the morning. It was $3.12 for Regular. I came by the station later in the afternoon, and the price was $3.47 for Regular. I do remember that there was a tanker there in the morning filling their tanks when I was there. This is small, 2-bay repair shop w/ 2 pumps out front. All the majors out on the highway were $3.39 today.

$3.41 for regular here in Arizona. Not even summer yet so it'll be $4 before you can say Gadhafi.
