which is stoichiometric AFR for pure toluene?

I found that some say it is 13.5 afr, some it is 11.5 afr (9.8 for best power)

      have anyone correct info?

      thanks

AFR is based on molar weight of the balanced chemical equation, So probability is half of the chances...
