      Are these cars friendly towards tall drivers? 6'8" and wondering if I'd even fit inside one. Just curious.

      My buddy Rob is 6 foot 5 and he fits fine in my 911. Kind of depends if your tall in the legs or torso however.

      Honestly, I think anyone over 6'4" should look at another car. My friend, who is 6'7" sat in my car once and we practically had to fold him into the passenger seat. As Ginch stated, the cockpit is very intimate, which is great if you are of "normal" size. However, I have read of a modification to the seat rails that allows for another couple inches of travel.

      I've had 2 Porsche 964s. Great cars, and bullet proof. Neither of them leaked. The RS America was supercharged and was simply a rocket. I highly recommend driving one before committing to buying a Porsche. They are so different from just about everything else on the road. And a lot more fun!

      Those aren't "Euro" they're just faded, hehe. Pretty common on 964s

      INCORRECT.
      American tails are red.
      This car has amber tails, that are mostly red, with a hint of amber. They flash amber.

      They say the later the 964 the better. Early models were prone to teething issues, but they can and usually have been corrected/updated by now.
      I think about 964s as well, though I'd be looking at a plain jane C2. I don't know a ton about the 3.6, wondering if the valve adjustment is as DIY -able as it is on 2.0 to 3.2 liter engines?
      My next 911 just might be a 964 for the simple reason that it retains much of the earlier styling cues but has 3.6 grunt, G50 gearbox, coil over suspension instead of torsion bars etc.
      Just wondering if I'll be able to realistically afford upkeep.

      Is this tail light "Euro" in your opinion? It is even more amber than the one in your photo:

      BTW, the part numbers for the "Euro" and "American" tail lights on 964 cars are the same. There is no difference.

      They are friendly towards sweaty drivers. The A/C is very, very, very much improved over previous models.
