I'm trying to open up specific links/videos of YouTube for my company. I can open my firewall to individual pages (I have all of YouTube blocked to conserve bandwidth) with no problem but when I go to the link for the video, the whole page loads except for the actual video content itself. I have attempted to look at the HTML but it looks more dynamic.
      Any ideas? Thanks!

I've wondered this myself. I've seen people link the full screen video directly but I'm not sure how.

There's pretty much no way to do this.

yes, you can grab the direct flash file... best way is firefox + greasemonkey + userscripts.org (do a quick search for youtube and you'll see a dozen or so scripts about direct download or download links, etc...)
      *edit...

Get ready to constantly maintain those unblocked flv URLs. If you look at the history for any of the firefox plugins you'll see that the plugins are constantly updated becuase youtube continually changes their flv masking techniques.
