Update: I was looking at all of the hoses and there is one just hanging not connected to anything. Also, there is a wire that has melted. I had some work done not too long ago due to a coolant leak....

Will def check it out. Thanks. I found this on the Ross-Tech site so electrical is something that might solve the problem.
