The pre-facelift Alfa Romeo 147 was clearly designed as the GTA first, IMHO.

I suggested the 2013 Passat TDI that my father ended up buying in 2013, and the 2017 Accord Hybrid that replaced it after the dieselgate buyback. He has been happy with both.
