I tow a 24 foot sailboat, less than 5k boat and trails, with a 1500 express van, and could not agree with you more. The suspension, front and rear would be worth the 2500.

Does it have an oil pressure gauge? get it hot, whats it sit at idling, and whats it climb to when cursing 65-70?

Also, exhaust leak as in a muffler is rusted thru?

so what actually broke? A motor mount? subframe cracked?

The fwd setup, and the way the chassis was designed allowed them to be lower than most motorhomes in overall height as well.

All these were missing was a diesel, and since all GM had was the 6.2,...

I am also very interested in the 2015/2016 2L engines that would only need a software update. One would assume that since its the easies "fix", VW would take care of it first.

These are not exactly cheap.
However, they hold quite a bit, and can tow a decent amount for a 4cyl turbocharged engine

The deadline tomorrow is for VW and the EPA to agree on a solution? If this does not happen, could the EPA be partly at fault?

I still don't understand why they don't break up the urea injected...

Start it. Wait for the RPMs to go back down to idle, then take it easy till your oil temp is up.

Not that many carwashes, even the non automated ones do much for the underside of a vehicle.

We purchased our sportwagen in january, so no time for spraying rustproofing on the underside, but...
