Several Fourtitude staff were on the ground this week at the 2009 SEMA Show and we're here to report there wasn't much to report. With a down economy, early indicators on the aftermarket trade show pointed toward down attendance and little involvement by Audi or Audi tuners. In other words, we didn't expect much and not much is what we found.
The number of Audis on hand at SEMA could be counted on one hand, but that didn't stop us from being impressed. DUB, the three-letter lifestyle brand that represents all things insane about the pre-recession aftermarket was in its normal space at SEMA and we found an Audi R8 in their display that was not only sans body kit, it was downright OEM+ with its Forgiato 20-inch alloys that definitely looked like a larger B7 RS 4 replica.
Elsewhere in the show, Lamborghinis were a relatively popular choice amongst European exotica while even an insanely fast and Audi-powered Gumpert Apollo made a showing in Vegas. Check out more photos in our gallery after the jump.
