That's pretty interesting. Thanks for adding.

But then again, the R8, TT, and A3 use Audi Nav Plus, like what the B7 A4 family used. And Audi Nav Plus is basically a cheap MMI used in VAG's A platform cars, and others that can't have an actual MMI system shoehorned into the dash due to design/cost reasons. This also includes the R8 and all Lamborghinis.

No, it's a MOST-based system so technically retrofittable (not easily) with MMI cars. I'm told they just built an S5 for the NVISION Show on the West Coast.

RNSE, as the TT, R8 and A3 system is called, is due for an upgrade next year that will not be full MMI, but will feature new features like full iPod integration as has been seen with the Audi Music Interface.
