 Audi hit the red carpet last night at the premiere of Iron Man, the summer blockbuster from Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios due in theaters May 2. Celebrities arrived at the event in Audi R8’s, Audi Q7 SUV's and A8L sedans. Tony Stark’s car, the Audi R8, was also on display on the red carpet. Full Story

Wow great marketing, but do you know what would be even better if Audi could get some product here and even maybe on time. Maybe even some models with manual transmissions.

Saw the movie, really cool and actually for a "comic book" inspired, it has a decent storyline and decent acting. No overpacked with action, just a good mix. Good time.

No, unfortunately I didn't go, but you can see that last shot above "About Audi of America" is all Audi people. Several PR and marketing staff attended, in addition to a few more. Lucky dogs.

I just wish I could pick up a copy on DVD as I leave the theatre. I understand why they don't release DVDs for a good six months after it premieres in theatres but that doesn't mean i have to like it. (My understanding on the delay is that they do it because international releases are often staggered and they want people to see it in the theatre first to generate the most revenue, so they don't release DVDs anywhere until after it's been out in theatres everywhere first.)
