With its aggressive design, Audi has already bestowed the A3 sportback with aggressive and sporty lines, but sometimes an owner wants to accentuate those lines even further through the use of a body kit. Body kits can go either way, improving the look of the car or ruining the design. Often, whether the look is better or worse is purely up to the subjective eye, though looking for something more aggressive, we were confident we could find a solution that would give the A3 a more bold appearance without detracting from the car’s original look.

The mesh around the fog lights comes in silver/metal look. We wanted to paint it black (i totally forgot about this) to match the rest of the front of the car.

The front wheels have spacers attached to the wheel. They came this way to allow for the brake clearance and still maintain the ET54 offset.

p.s. Nothelle also just came out with a kit for the Q7. Looks decent, but a tad busy up front IMO.

It would be more difficult to do mesh on the factory fog light surrounds compared to the Nothelle because the factory ones are a larger space with more open area.

Do you happen to know if they sell it piece by piece or only as a full kit?

I know what you mean on mixing and matching. My dream A3 (RS3) would be those flares blended into the fenders with the Oettinger front chin and sideskirts and some 19-inch RS 4 replica wheels.

I was thinking those flares blended in, votex sides modified to not taper in near the fenders kind of leaving a whole lip like an RS4. then the reiger front smoothed in so no seam and the Oettinger rear valence maybe.

I'm thinking about the same thing. Would like to see the Oettinger grill in the matte silver finish before I make up my mind. Would be nice if I could actually see the Oettinger grill in person as different photos show a different gloss on the grill. I prefer a matte finish.

As for the Caractere, it's more subtle. The mesh looks good and doesn't take anything from the OEM look.
