I'd invest my money in exotic/luxury/classic car dealership, buy, drive a few miles and flip.

I would load up on VAG products and collect one of each engine size.

      4 cylinder - Golf R
      5 cylinder - RS3
      V6 - S5 cabrio
      Flat 6 - 911 4GTS
      V8 - S6
      V10 - R8
      V12 - Lambo

I'd buy some cheap miatas and prep them for scca and take friends racing.

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. I'd have stuff that meant something to me, not to others.

Something challenging to keep on the road.

Touareg Hybrids are pretty nice, and the warm fuzzies I felt while driving the hybrid was actually the fingers of all of the German tax payers trying to reach into my wallet to get their money back. (Brendan@bwalkauto)

      I figure we'd have 4 main cars.

      1. my fun commute car, prly a 911
      2. my wifes fun commute car, prly a new beetle vert
      3. an SUV for trips and stuff in general, prly an Escalade
      4. a sedan for whatever, prly an E class

then I would have my fun classic, a fully restored 66 Mk1a Sunbeam Tiger and a second one for vintage racing, set up like a '65 SCCA B Prod (not a Hollywood Sports replica, but something that had all the tricks allowed that season). Whoop up on some Stingrays and GT350's on vintage race weekends and stuff...

Oh, I guess I'd need a Sierra 2500 to tow the car trailer.

If we're talking like, mega rich here, I'd have oh so many Porsches, and a few other odds and ends.

I'd upgrade my GTI to a Golf R, cause I'm really happy with it as a daily, but awd and some extra horses would really round things out nicely. I'd also keep my truck through all of this, cause why not?

Then I'd pick up a super clean Miata that I would drop an LS into.

probably a Superformance GT40 dressed up like Ken Miles '66 LeMans car.

      Then the 911s:

997 GT3 RS in black and orange
996TT (have a big soft spot for these for some reason)
993 Carrera RS also Mexico Blue
911 Carrera backdated to an RSR replica
      911S, probably built into a 911R replica

And a big ass garage with every tool I could ever need and some that I probably don't to build all of the above.

I'm a big Porsche fan, and I also love GT40s/Mustangs and Miatas, but mostly I just like building cars, so the garage and the tools would be the number 1 thing.

      Good concept, but...

      4 Cyl: BMW
      6 Cyl: Porsche
      8 Cyl: McLaren
      10 Cyl: Audi
      12 Cyl: Aston

Maybe squeeze in one special Ford in there...

Consider this: that with all that money, you will NEVER stop looking at cars. Since you can get anything, you will constantly be considering something. It will get exhausting... no, not to you, but your spouse will wonder why you are always looking at cars to potentially purchase.

Start with: Porsche as daily driver, Ferrari as fun car, 7 series for wife
Change: Aston Martin as new daily. Trade Ferrari for classic Porsche 930. Dump 7 series for reliable and understated Lexus.
Add: American muscle car, after looking a thousands of potential variants (drive spouse crazy), settle on classic C2 Corvette convertible
      Build: More garage space
Add: An electric car and a classic Datsun Roadster at two ends of the spectrum
Add: A Cayman S for the track, a vintage motorcycle, and something weird and eclectic that nobody else owns
Finally: succumb to the exotic car pull: McLaren
Change: Decide to go all-in British and add a 60's Jaguar E-Type while selling the Corvette
Watch: Look for another American Muscle car because you miss the Corvette.

Then repeat as much as possible until spouse goes nuts and forces you to go live in your garage.
