      I wonder if we can remove/cut out that second cat without a CEL. The O2 sensor is right in front of it and none behind it. So it shouldn't be able to see the second cat missing. Sounds like a easy few horses.

      I know Porsches ,Maseratis and others have secondary cats and there are exhaust bypass kit for them to get rid of it without a CEL.

      You should be able to do it without a CEL, not sure about the extra HP though

      If no CEL comes on it should make easy 5-10hp if not more. That's removing a huge restriction from the exhaust. If it's not a huge restriction which I think it is than either way it would flow better and achieve more power.

      You could remove both Cats and plug in an O2 simulator... no CEL, great HP gains.
