      Hey semi-active sub forum!

Where do you guys park your money for short-medium terms?

      Say 5 years or so?

Possible scenarios within that time frame:
      -I want to fund a side-project
-There's an economic downturn and I want to buy stocks or housing while its "on sale"

      Thank you

Considered it-- but then the chance that I want to use the money in year 3 means I'll be penalized.
