Doesn't your software have a rev limiter? Or can't you set one up using lemmiwinks or unisettings? I'm not sure...... Just thinking out loud.

i've searched a bit and havent found anything on INSTALLING a rev limiter.and if anyone can point me in the direction of one that will work with my car, 2003 vw jetta awp,

probly but i want to be able to set it lower than what it is now.

you know how your all in the MOMENT, i just want to be sure i dont hurt anything if i go to far with the rpm.
what is the purpose to replace the valves and lifters and such?

you WONT cause any damage at that rpm... its a conservative rev limit as it is

and for children who are beginner drivers.yes, your rev limiter is your RIGHT FOOT.
you want to explain to us what you expect to gain and accomplish with a rev limiter?

what are you talking about.. they have rev limiters stock 7200 rpm.. obviously youve never found it so leave this guys thread and go back to the emkay forums![]()
