Highly doubt it, what with a bean counter as the new Chairman. And even if it is, it'll never see the light of day in the US. Lawuers would kill it in a heartbeat.

Do you remember Austrian motorcycle company KTM and it's plans to build a lightweight roadster in collaboration with Audi? The X-Bow will make its premiere at the Geneva Show in March. Sales are expected to start in autumn 2007 with a base price of about 40.000 euros.
According to latest information , the X-Bow will be powered by Audi's 2.0 TFSI engine tuned to around 300 hp.

It'll happen with KTM. The question now is if Audi will pick it up. Winterkorn made mention of it, but, in retrospect, it may have been more a mention of the collaborative project than it was confirmation an Audi-branded model. To note, other rumors from the press have suggested the car woudl end up a VW. None of this has bene confirmed.

Along the same lines as the VW GX3?

Oh man I want one! This would be the perfect toy car, and I bet it would tear up an autocross course![]()

I'd line up to buy one if it ever reaches out shores. That's one of the nicest, cleanest looking designs I've seen in a while.

Since the chassis is made by Dallara, I'd expect some minor R8 and R10 influence in the design of the Audi version, if it is ever to be made. And not to knock on anyone, who needs a Catherham when you have an X-Bow?

It looks like it will only be Audi powered and nothing else. Or as Ford puts it, Powered by Audi.
