Lost power

So I have a question and Im not sure if its a motor issue or a transmission issue.
I have a 2011 Jetta SE with the 2.5 5cyc. and the 6 speed automatic trans. and every now and then when I start to step on the peddle (From a light or stop sign) my car seems to lose power for maybe 2 to 3 seconds maybe longer. Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm sad because downloading pron on my phone made it crash......

downloading like 1/2 Gb of pron and my phone just re-boots?!?!?! :confused: :(

so ronrree with my wife in CO...life without pron sucks.....now I have to wait for the reboot and start downloading all over again.

and no, it's NOT anime pron....that's what my wife likes.

I won't post what I like, due to knowning what you freaks will end up doing with this post/thread.

....back to downloading.....then off to fapping!

2001 1.9 beetle crank no start

we have a 2001 1.9 crank no start, replaced glow plug harness and relay new set of glow plugs - the gp light only stays on for 2 seconds, no power out @ the gp all the fuses are okay plenty of fuel all the injectors are pumping still no luck and no codes - any pointers? thanks!

2008 eos ipod to aux

I have an 08 eos with a ipod doc... i don't have an ipod i only have a blackberry... i bought a cable off the internet that goes from ipod doc to 3.5mm jack it plugs in but doesn't play. company says its not compatible with vw's sometimes... does anyone know of a cable that works for sure?

1. SIDE MIRRORS: I just bought the car, and i noticed the side mirrors are foggy around the edges. I'm assuming thats because the mirror heater was left on too long, and now it ruined the mirror. So do I need to replace the whole side mirror? or just the glass itself? is that an easy fix? (car is black)

2. FRONT GREY SEATS: My seats are pretty well worn and i have a small hole in the drivers side.. Do S4 seats fit in an A4?

Wheel Spacers

I'm looking to buy 25mm wheel spacers and I have found several spacers with the right bolt pattern and Cb size. However the stud thread size is off it is 12x1.50 instead of 14x1.50. The manufacturer advised that that is the size of the studs that are pressed into the spacer. These are the ones used to secure the wheel to the adapter. Since the center bore is the correct size 57.1mm it will keep the wheel centered. Is this correct and will these spacers work. The dimensions are as followed:

5x100 bolt pattern
57.1. Center bore
12x1.5 stud thread

OK, so i want to hear from those who have had the afco spring in the rear. what are your impressions of it?

if you were to do it all over, what would you do? what spring rate would you go with?

this started from where i read ben(neb) didnt like the ride of his afco spring.

and i have been looking into all sorts of different spring options to get our quattros at that perfect static height.

if the afco suck, why isnt anyone getting a custom eibach or h&r i.d. race spring. they cost about 75 dollars a spring given anyspring rate you want.

This is another The Forester is Great but so Boring post. My wife is itching to move on from the Forester. She wants a new car to make up for one or both of her two biggest problems with the car:

Lousy gas mileage (on principle)
Lack of seating (she would like to be able to bring an extra parent+kid with her on her travels)

What she'd love is a minivan that got 30+ MPG. Is that too much to ask for? And why hasn't minivan-class MPG been increasing the way it has with sedans/small cars/small SUVs?

And before you say Mazda 5, I read if you have car seats installed, the second row chairs must be positioned at the maximum rearward position - leaving the 3rd row with ~6" of leg room. So it's MPG isn't stellar, and its extra space is essentially unusable when car seats are installed in the 2nd row. There's also the highlander hybrid but the MPG isn't that stellar for such a cost premium.

The answer is the Toyota Estima hybrid, but my guess is that it's JDM only.

Any chipped A3's officially pull off a 2nd gear DSG scratch?

I have tried and tried on my DSG to lay rubber in a second gear scratch, but have been unsuccessful.
I can lay rubber if I am currently rolling in 2nd gear and punch it, but have never been able to go from a starting position (1st) and progress to 2nd gear with burned rubber.
